Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be Pre-Paid and Added to the cost of your product. Products will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order and will be accomplished via FedEX Ground service, unless faster service is specified by you. An email will be sent to your email address from FedEx with a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your ToolPak product, return it in New Condition to the store at which you purchased it. If that was Paktek Inc, the manufacturer, call us at 800-258-8458 and we will work out a solution.
Generally, you call, then return the product and you select either credit to your credit card or exchange for something else.
