You may return your purchase to Paktek Inc., for any reason, for refund of the purchase price to your credit card.
We are not a shipping company, so we do not refund the cost of shipping.
We recommend that you call Paktek Inc., 800-258-8458, before returning any item.  Perhaps we can work out a special deal just for you.

Shipping will be Pre-Paid and Added to the cost of your product. 

Products will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order and will be accomplished via FedEX Ground service.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the next working day. 

When shipped, an email will be sent to your email address from FedEx with a tracking number.
